Development ManagerThe Development Manager will report directly to senior development leadership and play a critical role in advancing projects from acquisition and due diligence through design, entitlements, construction, and delivery. This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure across the full development lifecycle.Manage consultant teams including architects, engineers, planners, landscape architects, and other external advisors.Coordinate entitlement, permitting, zoning, and approval processes with municipal agencies and utility providers.Support site due diligence activities, feasibility analysis, and pre-development planning.Build and maintain project schedules across design, financing, permitting, construction, and delivery phases.Monitor project budgets, track cost performance, and assist with financial reporting throughout the development process.Collaborate with contractors during construction including change order management, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.Partner with acquisitions, leasing, marketing, asset management, and investment teams to support business objectives across the portfolio.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
