GENERAL DUTIES:
The natures of the duties are to work closely with the Rhythm Management department to accomplish set goals and objectives. These include, but not limited to: performing device interrogations and programming checks from different manufacturers in multiple clinics, formulate relationships with Physicians, device company representatives, and family members to promote and educate on Remote Monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Performs and coordinates all in office device interrogations and programming of various manufactured devices.
2. Possess an extensive understanding of the utilization of each device programmer for the purposes of interrogation or programming in the office setting.
3. Educates patients and families regarding device functionality, remote device monitoring, and/or clinic follow up scheduling via Paceart.
4. Formulates professional relationships with device company representatives and communicates effectively for improved patient outcomes.
5. Ensures proper documentation and billing of services performed.
6. Actively participates in completion of the goals and objectives of the Device and Rhythm management department.
7. Collaborates effectively with providers to ensure patient compliance with follow up care and remote monitoring.
Compensation: Pay starting at $38.31.
