DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid-Austin. Employees will be required to work out of the nearest office location 3 days a week and for quarterly meetings 1-4 times annually.

Position Overview:

Our DevOps team emphasizes meaningful contribution from each team member in a creative, collaborative, and sustainable environment with robust opportunities for growth, leadership, and recognition. This role will enhance and maintain a highly configurable, multi-tenant, enterprise class, SaaS solution that incorporates cross-organizational collaborative workflows, data integration, and a rich user interface built on a complex data model. You will work on driving Operational Excellence and improving our team's Developer Experience through automation, advanced telemetry, and continual improvement of our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion DevOps best practices by contributing to a culture of change, gathering continuous feedback, and driving efficiency through automation.
• Manage and improve CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure as Code (IaC), focusing on engineering efficiency, quality, and security, to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure that infrastructure, systems, and services are scalable, secure, and cost effective.
• Own observability and incident management with KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Security-first mindset for infrastructure, tools, software, and SaaS vendors.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving customer issues, offering support for debugging and remediating issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, as well as managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Provide 24/7 coverage to support internal and external customers.
