    Job Title: Platform/DevOps Engineer
    Location : Dallas,TX or Phoenix(Hybrid)
    Years of Experience: 2 5 Years
    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Platform/DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in DevOps practices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in implementing and managing DevOps processes, tools, and methodologies. This role is crucial for enhancing our software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient deployment, and maintaining high availability of our platforms.
    Mandatory Skills:
    Strong 3-5 yrs hands on experience with Harness CI/CD and Release Orchestration (pipelines, stages, triggers, services, environments, connectors, and templates)
    Solid understanding of release management processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and control of software deployments across multiple environments
    Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (e.g., Git, artifact repositories, container registries, Kubernetes, cloud platforms) and integrating them into Harness
    Proficiency in automating deployments and environment configuration using scripts or Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation)
    Familiarity with observability, logging, and monitoring tools and how to integrate them for release verification and rollback decisions
    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate releases across development, QA, operations, and business teams
    Preferred Skills:
    Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
    Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
    Experience in database management and optimization.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2 5 years of relevant experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role.
    Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    The pay range for this role is
