DevOps Engineer with GECX and CXAS experience
Location: Onsite (4 days/week in client office is mandatory) in Charlotte, NC
Max bill rate: *** hourly
*No OT
Key Requirements:
"Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CI/CD pipeline development.
"Hands-on expertise in DevOps tools, automation, and deployment orchestration.
"Experience with AI/Agentic solutions, AI agents, or conversational AI platforms.
"Preferred: Experience with CXAS, Dialogflow, or similar customer experience / conversational AI technologies.
"Knowledge of integrating AI-driven workflows with cloud-native applications.
Nice to Have:
"Experience building, deploying, or supporting agent-based AI solutions.
"Exposure to GenAI, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
**Overall Profile: Looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong GCP and pipeline expertise, complemented by experience in AI agents, CXAS, Dialogflow, or other agentic AI technologies.

"AWS Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically EKS, VPC, IAM, ECR, and Load Balancers
"Kubernetes: Strong proficiency in Kubernetes architecture, administration, and troubleshooting
"Istio Service Mesh: Practical experience installing and configuring Istio on Kubernetes/EKS
"GitLab CI/CD: Proven experience building and maintaining GitLab pipelines with multi-stage deployments
"Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform
"Containerization: Expert knowledge of Docker and container best practices
"Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python
"Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security groups
"Flexible to support the release schedule/time
"Gemini Enterprise (GECX) knowledge and work experience in Contact Center IVR space is preferred
*Existing/ex-Charter contractors/FTE needs 6 months cooling period as per SoW.
