- Client is looking for a developer with GitHub Actions + Programming knowledge (Python or any language), rather than specific LaunchDarkly experts.
- Source profile with strong development backgrounds (.NET/AWS preferred, Python also acceptable).
- Candidates must have GitHub Actions experience and understanding of feature flag concepts.
- LaunchDarkly experience is not mandatory; conceptual knowledge of feature flagging is sufficient.
- Focus on developers who can understand feature flag integration within application code, not just DevOps engineers.
- Await detailed roles/responsibilities from the client and start profile identification immediately.
- Plan for weekly status checkpoints once profile submissions begin.
