  Position Overview
  Highly experienced Senior DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise DevOps practices across cloud-native and hybrid environments. This individual will lead DevOps transformation initiatives, support engineering teams in delivering scalable and secure solutions, and champion automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
  The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and automation with proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and driving large-scale platform initiatives.
   
  Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage DevOps engineers supporting multiple application and platform teams.
• Define and implement enterprise DevOps standards, best practices, and governance.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
• Architect and automate cloud infrastructure deployments across Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, and related technologies.
• Lead Kubernetes strategy, deployment, scaling, and operational management for containerized applications.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient software delivery.
• Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, and platform reliability initiatives.
• Establish deployment, release management, rollback, and disaster recovery processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts for production incidents.
• Mentor and coach DevOps engineers and junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and resource planning.

  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years leading DevOps teams or enterprise platform engineering initiatives.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms including:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Advanced experience with:
    • Azure DevOps
    • GitHub Actions
    • Jenkins
    • GitLab CI/CD
  • Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code:
