We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineering Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of cloud-native platforms that support enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for advancing cloud modernization, automation, security, reliability, and developer productivity initiatives across the organization.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineering Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of cloud-native platforms that support enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for advancing cloud modernization, automation, security, reliability, and developer productivity initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise cloud and platform engineering solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable AWS-based infrastructure and services.
- Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and ArgoCD.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, and related automation frameworks.
- Design and support containerized environments utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS.
- Establish and enforce DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability management, secrets management, compliance validation, policy enforcement, and software supply chain security.
- Drive cloud security initiatives by implementing IAM, RBAC, encryption, network security controls, OAuth2/OIDC authentication, JWT-based authorization, and Zero Trust principles.
- Build and maintain enterprise observability platforms leveraging CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, Splunk, or similar solutions.
- Develop automation tools and operational workflows using Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent scripting languages.
- Lead platform reliability, resiliency, disaster recovery, business continuity, and production readiness initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across cloud infrastructure, security, automation, and platform operations.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies to enhance automation, troubleshooting, operational efficiency, and developer productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform scalability, security posture, operational excellence, and overall engineering effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technical role such as - DevSecOps Lead Platform Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer/ Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Cloud Infrastructure Lead

- Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience implementing and managing:

- Zero Trust security models
- Network and infrastructure security
- Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks.
- Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar programming languages.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- CISSP or equivalent security certifications
