• Deliver dialysis treatments like a pro-following prescribed protocols and physician orders to keep our patients thriving.
• Be a vital monitor-keep a close eye on vital signs and patient conditions during treatment, staying alert and responsive to any changes.
• Master the machines-set up, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment with confidence, plus handle routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Administer care with precision-deliver medications and intravenous fluids exactly as prescribed, ensuring patient safety every step of the way.
• Become a patient educator-help patients and families understand their dialysis journey, dietary needs, and self-care strategies in a way that actually makes sense.
• Keep meticulous records-document treatment activities and patient progress with accuracy, creating a clear picture of each patient's care story.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
• Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
