Shift: 40 hours/week. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and some evenings and weekends as needed.

Summary:
This position is responsible for delivering high-quality didactic and clinical instruction in accordance with program standards and accreditation requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to preparing future radiologic technologists for professional excellence.
Other information:
Experience Required: Two years' clinical experience in the professional discipline.
Education Required: Associate degree is required and must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at the time of hire. Completion of the bachelor's degree is required within 24 months of hire.
Licensure/Certifications Required: Current and in good standing ARRT certification and LSRTBE license.
Experience Preferred: Previous teaching experience in a JRCERT accredited program.
Education Preferred: Master's degree or pursuing a Master's degree.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain course outlines and objectives, instructs, and evaluates student progress.
Deliver didactic and clinic instruction in core radiologic science subjects as assigned by the Program Director.
Actively participates in the accreditation and assessment process.
Supports the Program Director to assure effective program operations.
Participates in periodic review and revision of course materials.
Maintains current knowledge of professional discipline.
Contribute to faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives.
Assist in program activities such as student recruitment, retention, and community engagement.
Maintains appropriate expertise and competence through continuing professional development.
Perform related duties as assigned by Program Director.
Follows North Oaks Health System's compliance programs and all federal and state regulatory guidelines.
