The London, Ohio site handles everything from lighting and mold design to construction, production engineering, quality, assembly, sales, and customer service.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

Repair and maintain injection mold tooling to reduce downtime and keep production cost-effective
Perform advanced repair work that meets quality standards
Work with QC and QA to confirm repairs meet spec
Train hourly associates on repair and maintenance
Support the Die Mold Maintenance Coordinator to keep the department running smoothly

What You Bring

2+ years of tool and die experience (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of injection molds
Setup and operation of manual machine tools
TIG welding, die spotting, and handwork/polishing skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Solid written and verbal communication
Ability to plan, organize, and work independently or with a team

Nice to Have

Trade school diploma
Completed tool and die apprenticeship
