Diesel Equipment Technician

MAD Repair, LLC is hiring a Diesel Equipment Technician to support customers throughout the El Dorado area. This position focuses on field-based diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for diesel trucks and heavy equipment.

This role is well suited for an experienced or entry level mechanic who enjoys independent work, problem-solving, and working outside of a traditional shop environment.

Pay:
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Repair suspension and related components
• Complete field service repairs safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools and organized work areas

Qualifications:

• Experience working on diesel engines or heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Knowledge of diagnostics and mechanical repair
• Must have basic hand tools
• 5+ years of related experience preferred however we do have an opportunity for an apprentice as well.
