Your role will involve tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, visual inspections, part removal, installation, disassembly, assembly, and evaluating/reconditioning parts.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
Perform general and detailed repairs of trucks, engines, and components.
Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
Read job orders, observe and listen to vehicles in operation to diagnose malfunctions and plan work procedures.
Inspect protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks and make adjustments as needed.
Tag warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
Attend training classes and stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related truck service facility.
