NETC Fleet Services is growing our Exeter, NH operation, and we’re hiring Diesel Technicians across multiple experience levels — from apprentices and recent trade-school graduates to experienced mechanics.
You’ll work on the equipment that keeps our operation moving:
Tow Trucks
Heavy-Duty Wreckers

Commercial Trucks
Gas & Diesel-Powered Fleet Vehicles

This is real fleet repair — from routine service to advanced diagnostics and major component work.
Diagnose diesel and commercial vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment and software
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, engine, and drivability issues
Repair and replace components including engines, transmissions, steering systems, and braking systems
Diagnose, service, and repair air brake systems
Develop repair plans after identifying the root cause of the problem
Perform preventive maintenance and routine services
Complete oil changes, brake inspections, wheel and tire service, alignments, and general maintenance
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, parts, and serviced vehicles
Communicate clearly with technicians, service staff, and customers when needed
Keep your bay, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Take ownership of your work from diagnosis through completed repair

You’ll use scan tools, diagnostic software, technical information, electrical testing, mechanical knowledge, and good old-fashioned experience to find the actual problem — not just throw parts at it.
We’re hiring across experience levels, so what you bring may look different depending on where you are in your career.
High school diploma or GED
Diesel, automotive, or related mechanical training and/or hands-on experience
Understanding of gas and diesel engine systems
Familiarity with vehicle electrical and mechanical systems
Ability — or willingness to learn — to use diesel diagnostic software and scan tools
Comfortable working with mechanical and electrical tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and accurate documentation
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and teamwork
Valid driver’s license
A willingness to keep learning and getting better
