Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of diesel-powered equipment, including fork trucks, loaders, and other machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with fork trucks, loaders, and other machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems is preferable
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Certification as a Diesel Mechanic or equivalent training is preferred.

Starting Wage:
