Top Pay & Premium Benefits:

• Union Pay Scale: $31.98 – $45.45/hr
• Up to $50/hr for highly qualified techs

• Shift Differentials:
• +$2/hr for 2nd shift
• +$2/hr for weekend hours
• ASE Incentives:
• +$.25/hr for each primary automotive certification
• +$.15/hr for each secondary transit certification
• +$1,000/year bonus for ASE Triple Master
• +$1,000/year bonus for ASE Quad Master
• Tool Reimbursement & Paid ASE Testing

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance and PM inspections
• Handle major repairs including overhauls and rebuilds
• Lead advanced diagnostic work across a variety of vehicles
• Ensure fleet reliability and safety
• Mentor junior techs and help grow shop knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to keep everything moving efficiently

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years diesel mechanic experience
• ASE Certified (or willing to get certified — we’ll cover it)
• Your own tools (with reimbursement available)
• Must pass DOT physical & drug screening

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Indoor/outdoor shop environment
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible hours as needed
