Our trucks are the backbone of what we do, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment in top condition. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of repairs, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting major breakdowns.What You'll Do:Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of ready-mix trucks, semis, and heavy equipmentPerform scheduled oil changes, brake jobs, tire repairs, and fluid servicesTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel enginesDiagnose mechanical issues using tools, equipment, and technical manualsComplete DOT inspections and ensure trucks are road-ready and compliantKeep accurate service and repair records in line with company and DOT standardsCollaborate with drivers and dispatch to quickly resolve breakdowns and keep trucks in serviceMaintain shop tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment TechnicianKnowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and air brakesCDL license preferred but not requiredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlySafety-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitudeWhy Join Advanced Concrete?Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance availableYear-end bonus401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matchPaid time off and holiday pay$1,000 referral bonus for employeesStable, family-owned company with long-term growth opportunitiesSupportive shop environment where your skills are valuedSchedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday 6:30 AM start Occasional rotating on/call SaturdaysHow to Apply:Be part of a company where your work makes a real difference.
