    3737 Bryant Ave.S, Minneapolis, MN. 55409
     
    FT / PT hours available, No Late nights, Excellent and established team of dietitians on site, Flexible scheduling, PTO accrues day 1 of emp., Paid Holidays, Attendance bonuses 
     
    Diet Technician Job Responsibilities
    • Verify meal tickets meet specific resident needs
    • When requested Teach principles of nutrition to groups and individuals
    • Assist dieticians with meeting residents upon arrival and document special diets, preferences, likes and dislikes
    • Train food service employees on dietary policies and procedures, guidelines and food preparation
    • Collaborate with account manager, dietician, and cooks when completing rm. tray and dietary audits
    • Supervise distribution of meals and snacks to residents
    • Assist with documenting supplement tracking
    DIETETIC TECHNICIAN JOB SPECIFICATIONS
    • Know IDSSI requirements 
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent required
    • Dietetic technician license or CDM preferred 
    • Previous experience teaching others in tasks and nutrition
    • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and listening skills
    • Highly organized individual, able to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
    • Must be able to push, pull, bend and stoop - maneuver hot food carts
    • Must be able to lift #25
