Job Description
Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Dietary Aides for available positions. We are looking for dependable team members to support meal preparation, food service, and sanitation in healthcare facilities, assisted living communities, and other dining environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and portioning meals according to established guidelines
- Deliver meals and beverages to residents or patients as required
- Set up dining areas and prepare meal service stations
- Collect trays, dishes, utensils, and food service items after meals
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed
- Clean and sanitize food preparation and dining areas
- Restock food service supplies and organize storage areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
- Accommodate special diets and meal instructions as directed by authorized staff
- Communicate dietary concerns or meal-related issues to the appropriate team members
- Perform other food service duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous dietary aide, food service, kitchen, or healthcare experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Ability to follow meal instructions and established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move food service supplies as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
