$19.00 - 22.00 per hour

Schedule: 12pm to 8:30 rotating schedule where you work 4 days of work then get 2 days off

Dietary Aide- This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants a career in culinary services. We're willing to train, come join our team!

Position Summary:

Provide assistance and support in all food functions including preparation, processing, delivery to patients, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Cook as requested
• Help with meal preparation in accordance with patient dietary needs
• Assist in serving meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• Timely setting up of meal service, maintenance of food carts and delivery of meal trays
• Adheres to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean up
• Keeps work areas clean (sweep/mop floors, sterilize counter tops, etc.)
• Wash and clean cooking equipment, utensils, meal service trays, etc.
• Return clean dishes and utensils to the proper storage areas
• Collect and carry out garbage
• Dispose of food and waste per facility regulations
• Prep food supplies for the next meal
• Follow all safety regulations and precautions at all times
