Dietary Aide/Food Service Hours - Swing Shift 7am - 3 am or 11:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Every other weekend Title: Dietary Aide/ Food Service Reports To: Food Service Director/ Executive Chef/Administrator Summary: The Dietary Aide shall perform specific tasks in the food service department as outlines by Food Service Director/ Executive Chef
Specific Duties: 1. Deliver and retrieve dishes to and from resident area 2. Set up tables for meals. 3. Process soiled trays, dishes and utensils from carts through dishwasher. 4. Return clean items to appropriate places. 5. Assist in serving food on line. 6. Wash pots, pans and other equipment as necessary.
