What You''ll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by:

• Assisting with meal preparation, plating, and service.
• Serving meals in a welcoming, respectful, and resident-focused manner.
• Supporting the dietary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.
• Building meaningful connections with residents while ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met.
• Collaborating with fellow team members to deliver the exceptional care and hospitality our residents deserve.
