    The Role
You'll provide individualized medical nutrition therapy and education, partnering with our multidisciplinary care team to address nutrition status, food insecurity, and other barriers — building practical care plans that improve health outcomes and quality of life.

    • Screen for food insecurity and connect patients to resources (food pantry, SNAP/WIC, meal assistance)
    • Collaborate with providers, nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, and case management on care planning
    • Document assessments and outcomes in the EHR; monitor and adjust plans based on patient response
    • Lead group education, community outreach, and food pantry/hot meals program recommendations

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; ACEND-accredited program completion
    • RDN credential through CDR; Indiana licensure/certification (or eligibility)
    • 3+ years of nutrition counseling/MNT experience in a clinical, community health, or outpatient setting preferred
    • Experience supporting individuals living with HIV strongly preferred; second-language proficiency a plus
    Compensation & Benefits
    • This is a salaried, full-time, exempt position
    • 150 hours of PTO in the first year followed by 195 hours per year moving forward.
    • 12 paid holidays
    •  Medical coverage options include a PPO plan or a HDHP.
    • Dental & Vision plans
    • Health Saving Account or Flexible Spending Account
    • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
