We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Digital Account Executive to grow our digital marketing business by bringing innovative advertising solutions to local businesses. You'll have an exciting portfolio of digital products and services to sell, along with the opportunity to build relationships, develop new accounts, and make a measurable impact.

You don't have to be a digital marketing expert to succeed here. We're looking for a proven sales professional with a hunter mentality, strong business development skills, and the desire to win. We'll help you learn the digital solutions; you bring the drive, confidence, and ability to close the deal!

What You'll Do

• Prospect for New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, community involvement, and face-to-face meetings.

• Open Doors & Build Relationships: Connect with business owners, marketing decision makers, and key influencers to uncover opportunities and establish new partnerships.

• Sell Solutions, Not Products: Learn about each prospect's business goals and challenges, then present customized digital marketing solutions that deliver value.

• Win New Accounts: Lead sales presentations, develop proposals, negotiate, and close new business.

• Grow Revenue: Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue goals and sales activity targets.

• Build Your Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and manage opportunities from initial contact through closing.

• Become a Trusted Advisor: Stay informed about digital marketing trends and industry developments to bring fresh ideas and solutions to prospective clients.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• A proven track record of success in outside sales, B2B sales, or new business development.

• A true sales mentality — you enjoy prospecting, making connections, and winning new accounts.

• Confidence in cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing business.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• The ability to connect with business owners and senior-level decision makers.

• A competitive spirit, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving results.

• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.

• Experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or media sales is a plus, but not required.

• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
