This is an excellent opportunity to build project management skills in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to project manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish—ensuring work moves smoothly between clients, Account Executives, our Ad Operations team, and creative partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once are essential in this role.What You'll Do:Project Management & Campaign CoordinationManage workflow, tasks, and deadlines across multiple client campaignsCoordinate the “who, what, when, where, and how” of digital marketing projectsApply company processes to determine the correct workflow for each client and build tasks accordingly within project management softwareMonitor campaign timelines, budgets, and performance milestones to ensure projects remain on trackTrack deliverables and follow up to keep projects moving forwardIdentify potential delays or gaps and address them proactivelyFacilitate Client & Team CommunicationServe as a key point of contact for execution-related client communicationLead, arrange, and attend internal and client meetingsSupport Account Executives in prepping for client meetings by summarizing progress since last client meetingDocument meeting notes, action items, and next steps clearlyConvert client discussions into read-to-execute internal tasks within project management softwareCommunicate updates with confidence and professionalismOversee Reporting & Deliverable QualityTrack KPIs and campaign progressReview reports for clarity and accuracy before deliverySupport billing accuracy and documentationAdministrative & Organizational ResponsibilitiesProofread contracts, insertion orders, and proposalsCoordinate creative asset collectionInput campaign setup details, strategy notes, and budget details into internal databases and project management softwareMaintain organized documentation (contracts, insertion orders, proposals) for all assigned accountsWhat it takes to succeed:Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detailClear and professional written and verbal communicationComfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesAbility to take ownership of tasks, define next steps, and move work forward without constant directionInterest in digital marketing and how online tools support business growthPrevious experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments is strongly preferred, although, althoughwe are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong project management instincts and the ability to quickly learn marketing terminology and campaign workflows.Note: Formal PM certifications are not required.
