Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to join our team. The role supports Sales and Marketing by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and ensuring Electronic Program Guide (EPG) metadata accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, advanced spreadsheet proficiency, and effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

• Schedule: 9-6 or 8-5 local time
• Interview Process: One round interview followed by a test
• Expected Overtime: No
• Expected Travel: No
• Industry Experience Required: No
• Shortlisting: Begin immediately; shortlist approximately 25 candidates for first round

Responsibilities:

• Asset & DAM Management: Oversee delivery, maintenance, storage, and transfer of digital assets to ensure a clean, organized, and accessible DAM ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep assets up-to-date.
• Metadata & EPG Management: Edit and format complex EPG metadata Excel spreadsheets with zero errors.
• Content Mastery: Maintain understanding of active, upcoming, and archival media content and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Uncompromising attention to detail with accurate grammar, spelling, and metadata entry.
• Advanced Excel skills for formatting, organizing, and preparing metadata sheets.
• Ability to manage large volumes of digital files and maintain structured file systems.
• Clear and concise communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Airtable.
