About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.
The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.
What you'll do
You'll lead cross-line-of-business (X-LOB) strategy for a major consumer electronics brand's e-commerce site and shopping app, connecting product categories into one connected customer experience and growing revenue, conversion, and engagement across them. You'll also lead and develop the X-LOB team.
- Own the X-LOB strategy and portfolio across the shopping app and site, balancing customer, business, global, and LOB priorities, and set roadmaps for shared experiences, capabilities, campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Own the business strategy and performance of features that span multiple LOBs, with clear governance, ownership, and success measures
- Maintain visibility across major site initiatives to spot dependencies, conflicts, gaps, risks, and opportunities, and partner with LOB leaders so category strategies connect into one cohesive digital experience
- Find and prioritize ways to improve revenue, conversion, AOV, attach, engagement, and customer experience, including cross-category merchandising, cross-sell, upsell, bundle, and ecosystem growth strategies
- Analyze journey, site, campaign, and feature performance, and turn insights into clear recommendations and actions measured against customer and business outcomes
- Lead U.S. alignment and execution for global initiatives, campaigns, and key drive periods that span multiple LOBs; assess global changes for U.S. impact, ensure localization, and represent U.S. requirements to global teams
- Keep navigation, discovery, merchandising, offers, cart/checkout, and post-purchase journeys consistent, and drive fixes for cross-site friction and risks
- Independently analyze digital commerce performance in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other sources: traffic, engagement, funnel, conversion, AOV, attach, revenue, and campaign and feature performance
- Partner with Analytics on deeper analysis while owning X-LOB insights and actions, and build measurement frameworks so learnings shape future strategy
- Lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through launch and optimization, defining scope, requirements, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, readiness criteria, and measurement plans
- Track competitive, industry, and digital commerce trends, and benchmark the brand's experiences against leading digital commerce experiences
- Partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Merchandising, Global, and LOB teams; communicate performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership; and influence outcomes without direct authority
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital product, merchandising, customer experience, product operations, or related fields, including demonstrated leadership experience
- A deep understanding of digital commerce and end-to-end web and app customer journeys
- Experience leading complex cross-functional portfolios, programs, and digital initiatives
- Program and project management skills across requirements, dependencies, risks, readiness, and delivery with many stakeholders
- The ability to independently use digital analytics tools, build and interpret performance views, run funnel and journey analysis, find root causes, and turn findings into prioritized actions
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools
- A solid understanding of digital commerce KPIs including traffic, engagement, funnel progression, conversion, AOV, attach, and revenue
- Sound commercial judgment that connects customer experience decisions to measurable outcomes
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree
