Digital Dental Assistant at B Orthodontics · Yorba Linda, CA · Full-time or part-time, Monday through Friday · $19 to $22 per hour


At B Orthodontics, our mission is to be the best part of our patients' day, and our Digital Dental Assistant makes that possible with technology. You're the one who captures every scan and photo right the first time, has every aligner tray ready before the patient sits down, and keeps our digital workflow running so Dr. B stays on time.


Who we are


Dr. Anita Bhavnani, a Board Certified Orthodontist, built B Orthodontics around one idea: treat every patient and every teammate the way we'd want to be treated in their shoes. We use advanced technology like 3D imaging, digital scanning, and in-office 3D printing, but what families notice most is that we always call them back, remember what matters to them, and give them a safe space every time they walk in.


What you'll own


•         Capturing high-quality digital records, including 3D scans, x-rays, and clinical photos, right the first time
•         Loading every photo and x-ray into our records log the same day
•         3D printing and finishing aligner trays, with every tray ready before the patient arrives
•         Seating our clear aligner patients and talking them through their visit in words they understand
•         Running sterilization to standard every day and keeping our clear aligner system organized
•         Bringing positive energy and a team-first attitude to every shift
•         The fun part: keeping birthday bars stocked for the celebrations


Who you are


You're honest, kind, and respectful with everyone. You love learning new technology, you take pride in the details nobody sees, and you slow down for a nervous patient on a packed day. You own your mistakes, ask for help early, and jump in when a teammate is buried. No dental or orthodontic experience required. A background in hospitality, retail, or hands-on tech work is a great fit, and we'll train you on everything else.
