Design and produce high-quality digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and internal communications. Develop creative concepts that align with corporate branding and communication objectives. Support executive and corporate communications, including annual reports, investor presentations, and leadership messaging. Create multimedia content, including video editing, motion graphics, and animations. Partner with marketing, communications, and business stakeholders to deliver engaging visual content. Manage and maintain digital asset libraries while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and production vendors when required. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives through creative visual storytelling. Help evolve design templates, accessibility standards, and best practices across the business. Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and AI-enabled creative technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline. 5+ years of professional digital design experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong experience with Figma and UX/UI design principles. Knowledge of branding, typography, visual hierarchy, and digital design best practices. Experience creating presentations and templates within Microsoft 365. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, content management systems, and responsive design. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools and evaluating AI-generated creative assets. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, graphic, and multimedia design work.
Salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience). Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid working model in NYC (Monday - Wednesday in office). Opportunity to join a publicly traded industry leader.
