Educate, Communicate & Inspire

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and digital learning content.
  • Create user-friendly documentation, videos, job aids, knowledge articles, and communications.
  • Build champions and advocates across the organization who can help drive adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Present technology concepts in ways that are approachable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Partner with employees and business leaders to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze adoption trends, user feedback, and support data to recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Security, and business teams to improve technology experiences.
  • Support rollout efforts for new technologies, features, and digital capabilities.

Influence the Future of Digital Work

  • Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of employee productivity and automation opportunities.
  • Help establish standards and best practices for collaboration, file management, meetings, and AI usage.
  • Partner with Information Security, Legal, Records Management, and application owners to ensure solutions align with governance and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to Charter's ongoing digital transformation journey.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience supporting, enabling, administering, or improving workplace technology and productivity tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.
  • Ability to translate employee needs into practical solutions, training, guidance, or process improvements.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward.
