Freeman Foundation is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist to help bring our mission to life through dynamic content, engaging social media campaigns, and innovative digital marketing strategies.

      In this role, you will help share the stories behind the performances, programs, artists, patrons, donors, volunteers, and community impact that make Freeman Arts Pavilion a beloved cultural destination.       The Digital Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital content and campaigns that promote the Freeman Arts Pavilion, Arts Access Initiative, and Joshua M. Freeman Foundation programs. The successful candidate will lead social media engagement efforts, support email marketing campaigns, create compelling multimedia content, and analyze campaign performance to drive audience growth, patron engagement, donor participation, and revenue objectives. This position is 100% office based.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and event attendance.
      • Create engaging content across multiple formats, including social media posts, graphics, photography, video, and email communications.
      • Manage and grow the Foundation's digital presence across multiple brands and initiatives.
      • Capture and share live content from performances, community programs, and special events, including some evenings and weekends.
      • Support email marketing campaigns through content creation, copywriting, and campaign asset development.
      • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and return on investment.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support organizational marketing goals.
      • Stay informed on emerging digital trends and identify innovative opportunities to enhance audience engagement.
       
      Qualifications
      • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
      • Three to four years of professional experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns for a business, nonprofit, or brand.
      • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, photography, videography, and copywriting.
      • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other digital content creation tools.
      • Experience with email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing performance reporting.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
      • Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experience in the arts, entertainment, nonprofit, or event industry is preferred.
