Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday - Flexible 1st 7 am to 5 pm

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI - 53051

Job Type: Local contract

Contract Length: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $50 - $60 per Hour (To be discussed with the Hiring Manager)

  • Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

  • Lead Epic application design, build, upgrades, enhancements, and support.
  • Drive patient-facing solutions across MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Healthy Planet.
  • Lead cross-application workflows, patient outreach campaigns, and digital health initiatives.
  • Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
  • Develop technical roadmaps, identify process improvements, and manage project deliverables.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and recommendations to management.
  • Present complex technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
  • License(s): NA
  • Certification(s): 2+ Epic certifications required; will consider other certifications, including Ambulatory and Cadence, that would assist in understanding patient engagement with self-scheduling, MyChart messaging, etc
  • Years of experience: Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT (Function Specific: Clinical, Cybersecurity, Network, etc.), preferably in healthcare.
  • Skills/Specialties/Technology:
  • Hands-on Epic build experience, particularly with patient-facing applications.
  • Experience independently leading Epic initiatives and cross-application solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, digital health, and patient engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
