Schedule: Monday – Friday - Flexible 1st 7 am to 5 pm
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI - 53051
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $50 - $60 per Hour (To be discussed with the Hiring Manager)
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Lead Epic application design, build, upgrades, enhancements, and support.
- Drive patient-facing solutions across MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Healthy Planet.
- Lead cross-application workflows, patient outreach campaigns, and digital health initiatives.
- Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
- Develop technical roadmaps, identify process improvements, and manage project deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and recommendations to management.
- Present complex technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
- License(s): NA
- Certification(s): 2+ Epic certifications required; will consider other certifications, including Ambulatory and Cadence, that would assist in understanding patient engagement with self-scheduling, MyChart messaging, etc
- Years of experience: Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT (Function Specific: Clinical, Cybersecurity, Network, etc.), preferably in healthcare.
- Skills/Specialties/Technology:
- Hands-on Epic build experience, particularly with patient-facing applications.
- Experience independently leading Epic initiatives and cross-application solutions.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, digital health, and patient engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
