Digital Marketing Intern

Pensa is the creative agency behind physical and digital products you may know, love, and even own, from Zero Halliburton and OneBlade to Nanit and many others. We combine strategy, design, and engineering to create beautiful product experiences that enrich people's lives.

But great products also need great stories! We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern with strong visual instincts, excellent organizational skills, and a curiosity for design, technology, culture, and innovation.

This is a paid, full-time internship ($20/hour), based on-site in DUMBO, Brooklyn, with an immediate start. 

What you'll work on

• Create visual and written content for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns
• Turn Pensa's projects, expertise, and ideas into engaging stories across different channels
• Support social media planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Measure and report on website, social, newsletter, and campaign performance
• Assist with website updates, case studies, SEO, and digital asset management
• Support the planning and promotion of events and networking initiatives
• Research and prepare award submissions, directories, and other industry recognition opportunities
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and cultural shifts
• Support outbound campaigns, CRM organization, and database updates
• Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, content, collaborations, and new ways to communicate Pensa's work

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master's program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• A strong visual sensibility and experience creating digital content
• Demonstrated experience with social media strategy, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and Hubspot. Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
• Experience using AI tools and agents to support research, content development, analysis, and marketing workflows
• Interest in industrial design, technology, innovation, and emerging trends
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Curious, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
