We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand development within a growing healthcare organization.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Intern will work alongside our marketing team to develop and execute digital content across SportsMed''s various marketing channels. This individual will have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas, help develop engaging content, and gain practical experience supporting digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation: Assist in developing, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Website Content: Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining website content, including service descriptions, blog posts, location information, and other marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives.
- Brand Development: Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Content Planning: Assist with organizing content calendars, researching trends, and identifying opportunities to increase audience engagement.
- Marketing Research: Research competitors, industry trends, and social media best practices to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Special Projects: Contribute creative ideas and assist with additional marketing initiatives as SportsMed continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
