About the Role

Turvo is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, attracting qualified prospects, generating sales pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth through integrated, data-driven marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketing strategist with deep expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), paid media, website optimization, marketing automation, and performance analytics. They understand how to leverage digital channels to engage B2B buyers throughout the customer journey, convert interest into qualified opportunities, and continuously improve marketing ROI.

This individual will own Turvo's digital demand generation strategy, combining inbound marketing, paid acquisition, account-based marketing (ABM), and lifecycle campaigns to accelerate new customer acquisition and support customer engagement and retention.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy designed to increase qualified website traffic, generate inbound leads, build sales pipeline, and support annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across paid search, organic search, social, email, retargeting, and other relevant channels.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize channel investments based on performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution.
• Identify and test new digital channels, technologies, and tactics to expand reach and improve demand generation performance.

SEO, AEO & Website Optimization

• Own Turvo's SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, increase high-intent traffic, and strengthen brand discovery across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
• Develop and execute keyword, content, technical SEO, and on-page optimization strategies to improve search rankings and organic lead generation.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to optimize website content, landing pages, calls to action, and conversion paths to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Paid Media & Digital Advertising

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant B2B advertising platforms with agency partners. 
• Own campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative development, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Continuously evaluate campaign performance against key metrics, including cost per lead, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, and pipeline ROI.
• Develop retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to engage high-intent prospects and accelerate conversion.

Marketing Automation, ABM & Lead Nurturing

• Leverage HubSpot to build and optimize automated marketing workflows, lead nurturing programs, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts and key decision-makers within Turvo's priority industries and market segments.
• Partner closely with Sales to align digital marketing initiatives with account priorities, pipeline objectives, and buyer engagement strategies.
• Optimize lead capture, lead scoring, lead routing, and nurturing processes to improve marketing-to-sales conversion.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization

• Establish and monitor KPIs across digital channels, including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, marketing-sourced pipeline, and revenue attribution.
• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, and other reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing performance and ROI.
• Present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to Sales and executive leadership.
• Apply data-driven insights, testing, and continuous experimentation to improve campaign efficiency and maximize marketing investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to develop compelling messaging, digital content, and campaigns aligned with Turvo's growth objectives.
• Partner with content and creative resources to develop high-performing digital assets, including landing pages, advertising creative, emails, and campaign content.
• Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, AI-driven marketing technologies, and evolving B2B buyer behaviors.

• 5–7 years of experience developing and executing B2B digital marketing and demand generation strategies, preferably within SaaS, enterprise technology, logistics, or supply chain software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable results through digital marketing, including qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, and marketing ROI.
• Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), paid social advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience managing LinkedIn advertising and other B2B paid media platforms.
• Strong understanding of website optimization, landing page performance, content strategy, and digital buyer journeys.
• Experience developing and executing ABM campaigns, email nurture programs, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing performance data into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance against acquisition costs and pipeline contribution.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and emerging search and content discovery trends.
• Proficiency with collaboration and creative tools such as Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
