Digital Marketing Manager – Property Management / Real Estate

A growing Property Management and Real Estate company in the Lansing, MI area is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with their expanding team. Digital Marketing Manager salaries are anticipated to be $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on each candidate's experience and qualifications. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Digital Marketing Managers will have most, if not all, of the following:

• 3+ years of recent Digital Marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), email marketing, and website content.
• Experience developing digital campaigns that drive leads, occupancy, leasing activity, or customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms, CRM/marketing automation tools, and marketing analytics.
• Experience creating engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Property Management, Real Estate, Multifamily Housing, Hospitality, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be strongly considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no H-1B sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to successfully complete standard pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and references.
