Digital Marketing Ops Associate

Location: Orlando, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Associate to support rental e-commerce and digital marketing operations across a resort portfolio. This role supports website content, quality assurance and user acceptance testing, business listings, online reputation management, search marketing, email marketing, property onboarding, and performance reporting. The position involves collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors to maintain accurate and effective digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update business listings across platforms like Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, and Yext.
• Support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid search campaigns with partners like Google.
• Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns designed to increase traffic and sales, including managing requests and coordinating deliverables.
• Work with internal clients to understand requirements, coordinate details, and collaborate with database management to ensure campaign needs are met.
• Generate and distribute recurring performance reports using analytics and reservation technology platforms.
• Support onboarding and training of property personnel on review response and reputation management platforms.
• Coordinate multiple digital marketing workstreams and property-level requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Experience: One to two years of relevant experience digital marketing, specifically within the hotel, timeshare or hospitality industry. Experience with email campaigns that drive traffic and sales is required.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in conducting structured testing, documenting issues, and validating corrections.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and paid search campaign management.
• Experience with Workfront or a similar project management platform.
• Familiarity with Yext, TripAdvisor, or other Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
• Experience with CMS platforms, online reputation management tools, and central reservation systems (CRS).
