Digital Marketing Specialist
Full Time/FTE
Onsite 4 days/week in Fairfax, VA (Mosaic District) to start, further flexibility possible with above average performance.

With this exciting growth, our Technical Co-founder is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist candidate that they can personally train and develop to help continue driving our growth in the long term. In this role you will be executing the marketing plan for our company and working closely with our leadership team.
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging content and community management.
Create and maintain content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) within budget.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
