• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective agency management and localized copywriting.
• Advanced technical knowledge of platform native advertising tools, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
