Digital Marketing & Web Manager

The Digital Marketing & Web Manager owns the company’s online presence and drives customer traffic to the website and stores. This person builds and maintains the client’s website, runs digital campaigns, and brings a practical, hands-on understanding of technology and AI to how they market and sell. It's a role for a builder who can both plan the strategy and do the work.

Key responsibilities

Website & e-commerce

• Build, manage, and continuously improve the company website, including product pages, promotions, store pages, and lead/financing forms
• Own site performance: speed, mobile experience, SEO, accessibility, and conversion rate
• Work with vendors, platforms, and agencies on integrations (product feeds, inventory, reviews, chat, analytics)

Digital marketing

• Plan and run paid search, paid social, display, and local campaigns that drive store visits and online leads
• Manage email and SMS marketing, social media channels, and Google Business Profiles for all store locations
• Coordinate co-op and vendor-funded marketing with brand partners
• Produce or direct content: photography, video, ad creative, and copy

Technology & AI

• Find and put to work AI tools for content creation, personalization, customer service, and campaign optimization
• Evaluate new marketing technology and recommend what's worth adopting
• Help train staff on digital tools and AI best practices

Analytics & reporting

• Track and report on traffic, leads, campaign ROI, and store-visit attribution
• Use data to shape budget decisions and test what works
• Present results and recommendations to leadership
