Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead manufacturing digitalization initiatives and drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 and Industrial IoT technologies. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting smart factory transformation across production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex digital and automation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, managing stakeholders, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional transformation projects across manufacturing operations.
  • Advise production facilities on implementing digital solutions in areas such as Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Industry 4.0.
  • Develop business cases, including ROI calculations, KPI definition, and performance improvement tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to align digitalization strategies.
  • Drive the development and communication of Industry 4.0 strategies and initiatives.
  • Support and coordinate a virtual team of digitalization specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and transparency.
  • Identify and promote innovative IoT solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field required;Master s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in automotive, mechatronics, or related industries.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, forming, or assembly.
  • Hands-on experience with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems (e.G., Siemens, KUKA, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, and Profibus/Profinet.
  • Practical understanding of software technologies (e.G., SAP UI5, HTML5, or similar).
  • Experience integrating machine data with systems such as MES, traceability, quality, logistics, or remote services.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively across cross-functional teams
