This role operates and maintains digital presses, performs quality inspections, completes production documentation, and ensures jobs move efficiently through the production process while meeting quality and delivery standards. The ideal candidate has experience operating digital print equipment, a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in printing, graphics, signage, or related production settings are encouraged to apply. This is a 2nd shift position that will begin on 1st shift for training and onboarding to KDM processes and procedures. Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Full-Time, On-Site) Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and expertise.
