Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Digital Press Operator to join our production team. You will set up, operate, and maintain our high-volume Ricoh Pro C9210 digital press to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial print environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute setups: Calibrate, adjust, and configure the Ricoh digital press for optimal performance.
• Manage workflows: Load and process digital files using Fiery or TotalFlow DFE controllers.
• Feed materials: Load standard and heavy-weight media into high-capacity trays safely and efficiently.
• Verify quality: Constantly monitor output for exact color consistency, alignment, and density.
• Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose malfunctions, clear paper jams, and perform routine daily maintenance.
• Log data: Maintain accurate production logs, material usage, and defect reports.
• Follow safety: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and finishing equipment guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with digital front ends (DFE), color spaces, and print workflows.
• Experience: Prior high-volume toner press or commercial digital print operation experience preferred.
• Precision: Strong attention to detail, exceptional color vision, and keen quality control skills.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift paper stocks up to 50 lbs.
