As a Digital Product Management Group Manager within PNC's Retail- Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, Chicago, IL or Wilmington, DE.
As a senior member of the team focused on building a Credit Engagement & Financial Wellness Platform you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of a comprehensive customer experience that enables customers to monitor their credit health, access financial wellness tools, and benefit from identity protection services.
This role drives the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, technology delivery, third-party partnerships, and agile product ownership. Working across multiple scrum teams, the individual collaborates closely with engineering, data, risk, security, marketing, and customer experience teams to deliver a best-in-class financial wellness platform that drives customer engagement and business value.
Product Strategy & Vision
•Define and execute the product roadmap for credit monitoring, financial wellness, and identity protection capabilities.
•Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product enhancements that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
•Partner with business and digital leaders to align product investments with customer and business outcomes.
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
•Lead product planning and prioritization across multiple agile teams, managing backlogs, epics, and feature delivery.
•Provide direction and coaching to product managers and product owners supporting the platform.
•Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Platform Development & Technology Partnership
•Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platform capabilities.
•Ensure solutions meet regulatory, privacy, risk, and security requirements.
•Leverage data and customer insights to continuously improve platform performance and user experience.
Third-Party Partnerships
•Manage strategic relationships with providers supporting credit data, identity protection, and financial wellness services.
•Oversee vendor performance, integrations, and contract-related activities.
•Ensure third-party capabilities are seamlessly incorporated into the customer experience.
Team Leadership & Performance
•Lead and develop product management talent while providing leadership across multiple scrum teams.
•Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric decision-making.
•Track and optimize key performance metrics including adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business value.
Preferred Qualifications
•10+ years of product management experience within digital platforms, fintech, banking, or financial services.
•Proven success leading complex digital products and multiple agile teams from strategy through delivery.
•Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities, including experience with third-party vendor integrations.

Base Salary: $146,300.00 – $326,040.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 07/07/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
