Digital Product Manager - Boston, MA

We are seeking candidates for a Digital Product Manager position with a leading financial services firm located in Boston, MA. This position will be responsible for managing fund launches and product improvements for ETF and Mutual Fund products on global websites by working with internal and external partners, including data providers, legal, compliance, and other marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting ETF, Mutual Fund, asset management, investment products, or financial data within financial services. 

This is a 12-month contract position that will pay $40-46/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week in their Boston office. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end launch and enhancement of ETF and Mutual Fund products across global websites.

• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, and external data providers to coordinate product launches and updates.

• Support data acquisition and work with data providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Conduct high-level business analysis involving complex business requirements, processes, and systems.

• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop a strong understanding of differences across global websites, including country-specific requirements, webpage and fact sheet templates, data constraints, and content nuances.

• Provide quality assurance and testing support for product launches, website enhancements, and other key initiatives.

• Translate business requirements into clear solutions and provide both technical and business expertise to stakeholders.

• Research industry practices, competitive developments, standards, and benchmarking data.

• Identify potential risks and issues proactively and develop solutions before they impact project delivery.

• Develop recommendations and position statements related to complex business and product-related matters.

• Stay current on technological advancements, digital trends, and competitive developments within the asset management industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of related experience within financial services.

• Experience supporting ETF, Mutual Fund, asset management, investment products, or financial data strongly preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of business processes and cross-functional business operations.

• Experience with project management methodologies and managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.

• Experience working with external vendors or data providers preferred.

• Strong quality assurance and testing experience.

• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
