Overview
One of America's largest retailers is seeking a Digital Product Manager to revolutionize their Used Unit Acquisition division. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic market while working with cutting-edge technology and systems. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to optimize the complete acquisition lifecycle.
Note: Candidates based in Chicago will have the option to work from either Chicago or Lincolnshire headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of two to three days per week in the office. (Option for remote work for candidates out-of-state.)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Own the complete lifecycle of digital acquisition processes

- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Partner with development teams to enhance digital platforms
- Drive CRM system optimization and integration
- Design and implement robust tracking systems
- Create comprehensive reporting frameworks
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Implement feedback mechanisms to improve user experience
- Develop scalable solutions for business growth

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience
- Proven track record of successful digital product launches
- Strong background in CRM implementation and optimization
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving
