Digital Product Manager - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager - Remote position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization located in Rochester, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $80.00 - $84.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development and growth of the Inpatient Digital Whiteboard solution. The role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap, and execution for the assigned digital product while advocating for the end user experience through data and research-driven methods. Primary users include patients and their visitors, physicians, and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire life cycle of the assigned product, from defining and setting the vision to managing the team to hit product OKRs
• Manage the product backlog including defining user stories for new features, bug resolution and prioritization
• Work closely with clinical practice stakeholders and Nursing Informatics to ensure integration into existing clinical workflows
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to determine data sources and expected accuracy
• Partner with internal design resources to guide the feature design and obtain the necessary approvals
• Communicate with development teams and mitigate risk as required
• Provide support for operational teams as they develop communication and training for end users
• Partner with QA and technical SMEs to conduct quality testing
• Apply Agile product methodologies, manage sprints and delivery cadence
• Lead discovery for the assigned product including user research, baseline definition, and opportunity sizing
• Manage stakeholder relationships within the assigned product area
• Proactively manage and monitor product and operational risks (regulatory, security, operational, etc.)
• Monitor and manage product schedules, scopes and budgets
• Manage external vendor and partnership relationships as assigned
• Set and manage product performance scorecards and OKRs

Primary Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, health care) and three plus (3+) years of digital product management experience (two (2) years with digital products) OR HS diploma/GED with a minimum of five (5) years direct digital product management
• Healthcare IT experience is required
• Proof of detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality, including the ability to identify potential risks and escalate appropriately with affected stakeholders
• Previous healthcare or health IT experience
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products
• Ability to establish deep partnerships with business stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• Experience in an inpatient care setting
• Experience with Epic EHR
• Adoption of AI to enable greater work capacity and quality
• Previous JIRA experience
