    Description

    Title: Digital Product Owner

    Locations: 401 S Tryon St Charlotte, NC

    Duration: 12 months

    Work Engagement: W2

    Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

    Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to support the execution of an established product roadmap and key 2027 strategic priorities. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, content management teams, and quality assurance functions to drive the successful delivery and optimization of digital platform capabilities.

    The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital product development, content management systems, agile delivery methodologies, testing coordination, and stakeholder management. Experience within large-scale, fast-paced enterprise environments-preferably financial services-is highly desired.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.

    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, QA, content, and analytics partners to deliver platform enhancements and new capabilities.

    • Lead agile ceremonies and support Agile delivery practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

    • Partner with stakeholders to define platform priorities, resolve competing demands, and drive consensus on business objectives.

    • Coordinate testing activities, including regression testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts across multiple teams.

    • Monitor platform performance and leverage analytics and testing data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

    • Ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value and align with enterprise standards.

    • Support release planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap execution.

    • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

    • Experience in product development, digital products, content platforms, or digital optimization.

    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable Content Management System (CMS).

    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

    • Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

    • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and test strategies.

    • Experience coordinating testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret testing results and performance analytics.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and proactive project management capabilities.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities in complex enterprise environments.

    • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher level) required.
