Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00per hr.

Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to act as a key liaison between the Digital Product Manager and Line of Business product partners. This role is responsible for translating high-level business requirements and scope into detailed, actionable Agile delivery items. The ideal candidate will excel at breaking down Epics into well-defined User Stories, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring strong alignment between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager and Line of Business partners to understand business requirements for digital financial products.
• Break down Epics into granular User Stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Maintain documentation and enable team collaboration using Confluence.
• Partner closely with the Scrum Master to facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Proactively identify, align, and manage upstream and downstream dependencies across multiple teams and groups.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support the delivery of digital applications for consumer products, small business products, deposits, loans, and credit cards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in Information Security/Technology
• High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of experience in Information Security/Technology
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and demonstrated ability to thrive in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance (especially with consumer/small business financial products, deposits, loans, or credit cards).
• Training or certification from Pragmatic Institute or similar product management programs (highly valued).
• Prior experience working on digital applications and customer-facing platforms.
